About Us

Based in United Arab Emirates, Synergy is a sector agnostic management consulting organisation staffed by partners and associates who have collective industry experience exceeding 75 years. Our partners have a track record of evaluating, putting up and effectively running various manufacturing projects in the Middle East and India. We bring to the table our knowledge and networking which we leverage to deliver the best results to our clients. We have considerable experience interacting with investors, management consultants, bankers and financiers, international clientele, engineering consultancy organisations, legal firms, accounting firms etc. As such, we are uniquely positioned to work with our clients at every step and add value to their operations.

Mr. P. P. Viswanathan, Managing Partner, brings to the table four decades of experience in manufacturing of personal care and pharmaceutical products. Commencing his career in 1975 with a leading pharmaceutical multinational, his rich industry exposure comes from his stints with Nicholas Laboratories, Colgate Palmolive, DAC and Gulf Centre for Soaps and Chemicals covering geographies in India and the Middle East. His expertise covers entry strategy, joint ventures and strategic alliances, projects, contract manufacturing, marketing, human resources management, brand management, quality assurance and finance among other things.

As the General Manager of Gulf Centre, he built the order book over 15 years driving it upward from USD 2 million to USD 50 million. He also developed and implemented turnaround strategy for one of the leading skin care brands in the Indian subcontinent. He holds Bachelors level qualifications in Science and Pharmacy from India and has completed the Advanced Management programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.

As a management consulting organisation, we have the skill sets, expertise and networking to deliver a very wide range of services notably Project Advisory, Feasibility Studies, Joint Ventures and Alliances, Acquisition Evaluation etc. We structure the scope of work based on the requirements of the client and are in a position to provide:

TARGET / OPPORTUNITY IDENTIFICATION - Identification of a target through interaction with merchant bankers, other intermediaries, acquirers leads and industry information
EVALUATION - Technical and Financial evaluation of the investment/ opportunity with the assistance of suitably nominated technical personnel and audit firm appointed for the due diligence
BUSINESS PLAN PREPARATION - Business Plan preparation of the business in the pre and/or post acquisition/ investment stage.
REPORTING - Post Investment monitoring services and Reporting to Client on an on-going basis.
INTER SE SHARE HOLDER AGREEMENTS - Working with the legal firm to formalize the understanding at Stage 1 – the Memorandum of Understanding and Stage 2 – the final Shareholder Agreement.
